Shear Horizontal

The Shear Horizontal filter lets you precisely shear your selected artwork sideways.   The top edge of your artwork will remain fixed while the bottom edge will be moved left or right.

The amount slider will vary from -200% to 200%.  Positive values shear the shape to the right; negative values shear it to the left.
